"So, how does your process work, and how do you charge?"

You might expect that the solutions to your organization's concerns are recommendations full of numbers, charts, sophisticated diagrams, and complicated formulas.  In some cases, this is true.  However, in many situations, this approach (while it may be an important part of our internal analysis process) may not be the way you prefer to think about overcoming the issues being addressed.

For this reason, we take the time to get to know every one of our clients.  For every project, we want to understand not only the "what" that the client seeks, but also the "who" they are, and "why" they're motivated to seek what they do.  It's important for us to understand your thoughts, ideas, values, reasoning, and perspectives so that we can build a relationship, and add as much value as possible while working for you.

Because no two businesses are the same, we felt our pricing structure should reflect the fact that every situation is different.  For that reason, we provide estimates on a case-by-case basis.  Usually, after an initial information-gathering meeting, we're able to provide an estimate within a few business days.  When we reconvene to discuss the estimate, you can expect a flexible plan with options for a more basic or more comprehensive

approach, whichever you feel is the best fit for you and your business.
